am one of the originators of a friends group which is still working with
Washington State Parks to rehabilitate this 95 year old gem. My volunteer
work included drafting a 50 page condition assessment report and designing
a new concrete foundation. (www.milwelectric.org) Grand opening is set for spring 2004. |
